Ever notice how the curse words that are used the most all have hard consonants? The “K” or “CK” sound …the “T” sound…hard consonants. Strange.

I think it has something to do with the german roots of the english language. Those germans were tuff characters, I guess.

“aw, fooey” just doesn’t seem to carry that same impact as “oh, fuk”…
