Combined self portrait with the current project…

Three days down and the fermentation has subsided. All is looking good. In a couple of days I’ll be able to bottle the Jamoker brew. Then, it’s a two week wait to sample.

That’s the hard part. The waiting.

First batch, I left the hops in too long and ended up with bitter beer. The second batch was flat. Both had the correct color and alcohol content. Just weren’t quite right…
